How pickup works
From the aircraft to your hotel, in four steps.

Book before you travel
Choose Prague Airport as your pickup, enter your destination, arrival date and time, and pay online.
Use a phone number you can reach in the Czech Republic, ideally with WhatsApp. This is how your driver will contact you.

Your driver contacts you after landing
Once your flight has arrived, the driver calls or messages you, so you know your driver is there and how to find them.

Meet in the arrivals area
After baggage claim, walk into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting there with a sign showing your name.

Directly to your destination
No taxi queue and no shared shuttle. The vehicle takes you and your group straight to your hotel or address.
Where you meet your driver
In the arrivals hall of your terminal.
Prague Airport has two passenger terminals. Your arrival terminal depends on where your flight comes from.
T1Terminal 1 · Arrivals
Flights from outside the Schengen area, for example from the United Kingdom, the United States or Canada. Passport control comes before baggage claim.
T2Terminal 2 · Arrivals
Flights from within the Schengen area, for example from Germany, France, Italy or Spain.

Delays and waiting
What happens if your flight is late.
Delayed flight
The driver waits for your delayed arrival.
Your transfer is not cancelled because the flight lands later than planned. The driver contacts you once you have arrived.
No response after arrival
The driver stays available for up to 45 minutes while trying to reach you.
This applies if you do not answer calls or messages after your arrival. Keep your phone switched on after landing so the driver can find you quickly.
Plans change
Tell us as early as possible.
A new flight, a new date or a different destination: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or info@prague-transport.eu.
Leaving Prague
Transfers to Prague Airport.
Booked the same way as arrivals. Your driver collects you from your hotel or address at the agreed time and takes you directly to the terminal.
- Enter your hotel or address as pickup and Prague Airport as destination.
- Choose a pickup time that leaves enough time for check-in and security. If you are unsure, ask us.
- Transfers connected with other airports can be arranged on request.

Is Meet & Greet included in the price?
Yes. Meeting you in the arrivals area with a name sign is part of every airport transfer. There is no extra charge for it.
How will I find my driver?
Your driver contacts you by phone or message after your arrival and waits in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. You are already in contact before you meet.
What if my flight is delayed?
The driver waits for your delayed arrival. If your flight number or date changes, please let us know as early as possible.
What if the driver cannot reach me after landing?
If you do not respond to calls or messages after your arrival, the driver remains available for up to 45 minutes while trying to contact you. Please keep your phone switched on after landing.
Can I book a transfer from my hotel to the airport?
Yes. Enter your hotel or address as pickup and Prague Airport as destination in the booking form.
How do I pay?
Online, as part of the booking. You choose your route and vehicle, then pay in the booking form.
Which vehicle do I need for my group?
Sedans take up to 3 passengers, minivans up to 7. Luggage matters as much as passengers, so choose the larger vehicle if you travel with several big suitcases. View vehicles
